How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free local shipping for orders over HKD$500. If the order is under HK$500, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship to addresses in Hong Kong or Macau currently. Please note that Macau orders are not eligible for free shipping.


Which logistics service are you using?

Your orders are sent using the services of SF Express or Kerry Express. Please note that the guarantee of delivery time is from SF Express or Kerry Express, but not from VitaJuwel Hong Kong. We do not provide SF EF Locker service.


When will my order be shipped?

When the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Shipping date only includes Monday to Friday. Public Holidays are not included.

Refunds and Returns

All items are Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable. We aim to package all our products as carefully as we can and the parcels will be clearly labeled that the contents are fragile. If your VitaJuwel parcel arrives damaged, please notify us by call or email within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We will deal with it as soon as possible, otherwise, there will be no exchange.
